In the fluid world of Network Marketing, companies come and go, but a few stick around for the long haul.
You’ve got the ones that’ve been around for decades and become household names. Companies like:
- Mary Kay
Many folks out there don’t even realize these are MLM/Network Marketing companies.
One network marketing company that really on the rise is Wake Up Now (or WUN).
It was founded in 2009, but has just recently seemed to gain ground in the marketplace. According to a May 2014 press release, the company now has over 100,000 subscribers, and that rate is increasing rapidly.
And that rapid rate of increase has started to attract a lot of different Internet Marketers, eager to become a Wake Up Now independent distributor, or IBO (Independent Business Owner) in WUN’s terms.
With that kind of influx of marketers, Wake Up Now may be in for a real challenge keeping all these new IBO’s “honest.”
They seem to be doing a good job so far, and so long as they stick to their business model and enforce their compliance rules they should do quite well and should remain a lucrative option for Internet Marketers for years to come.
I’ve been in Internet Marketing for over ten years now, but I haven’t yet jumped onto the MLM bandwagon, but I have to say, I’m close to signing on this time. My friend and mentor, Ken Mabry, has joined up and has nearly convinced me to do the same. I thought I’d at least mention his name here as a Wake Up Now IBO (I owe him quite a bit for all the advice he’s given me over the years!) He’s also got another great opp going with Empower Network (see here). It’s an unconventional MLM that has gotten really popular, really fast.
I like the idea of having a central hub to access a ton of products, discounts, travel, and a bunch of other stuff. They’ve got their own line of all-natural nutritional and health & beauty products that seem to be VERY popular.
I’ll be giving this company some serious consideration over the next couple of months. I just hope my procrastination in joining Ken doesn’t come back to bite me in the ass!
If you’re thinking about joining, do yourself a favor and check out Ken’s Blog at http://mozcafe.com/wake-up-now/ to find out more.
